ELAINE KAMM, President of EKGroup, is a respected leadership development professional with over 20 years in senior management positions in multibillion dollar organizations, with accountabilities in talent identification, succession management, and leadership development. Elaine helps organizations identify and develop leadership talent to ensure that those in critical roles have the skills to match evolving business needs. She helps leaders discover where they can make the greatest difference, mobilize others to support them, and navigate the turbulence of change. She helps individuals capitalize on their strengths, develop their skills, and build productive relationships with others.
Elaine is well known for her expertise in designing leadership development strategies that have immediate application to the challenges of business environments. She creates and delivers advanced leadership development programs for a variety of industries and businesses, including Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Elaine received a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology and holds certifications in numerous leadership development postgraduate programs.
